Mile Stones in the Development Foundation stone for St. Jude Thaddeus Latin Catholic Church was laid on 26 th July 1999 at 5.00 pm by His Grace Dr. Daniel Acharuparambil, Chairman.

Kerala Catholic Bishop Council and Arch Bishop of Verapoly. Blessed on 13 th January 2000 at 4 PM by this grace Dr. Daniel Acharuparambil. First Vicar : Fr.Justin Attullil, Second Vicar: Fr.Titus Antony Kurisuveettil, Third Vicar : Fr. Jolly Thappalodath. Now the Shrine in fully administered by Rector Fr. Peter Ambalathinkal, Asst. vicar Fr. Jomson. Vidyarambham
Vidyarambham is the occassion when young children are introduced into the world of alphabets or letters as they take their first step into the world of knowledge. The traditional ceremony of Vidyarambham (Vidya means "knowledge" , arambham means "beginning') is held on Vijayadashami (the last day of Navaratri) day.
